Terms and conditions

1. All attendees must be 18 years of age or over. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any event hosted by Full Circle Paranormal.
2. Some of our locations may not be suitable for guests with disabilities, due to the state of repair of the buildings at the time or due to the layout of the venue. We value guest safety above everything else and want to ensure that you remain safe throughout each investigation.  If you have any queries regarding accessibility, please contact us prior to booking for further advice.
3. There may be unforeseen changes to areas being used within a venue in response to risk assessments prior to events. We reserve the right to make these amendments at any time in order to maintain guest safety.
4. We are unable to permit heavily pregnant guests on events due to restrictions on locations.
5. Each guest attends events at their own risk. Full Circle Paranormal will not accept any liability for accident, injury or other incident which occurs due to guests not adhering to safety or behaviour policies. Full Circle Paranormal holds public liability insurance, although this may not cover all areas at venues which fall beyond usual public access categories. Guests attend events at their own risk.
6. Full Circle Paranormal will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal property or equipment. This includes the journey to and / or from any event, as well as the event itself. Guests take full responsibility for their own possessions throughout the events, including personal belongings, clothing and investigation equipment. Guests should note that this includes any damage during investigations which could result from spiritual activity or poltergeist activity experienced.
7. Full Circle Paranormal accepts no responsibility for parking fines, wheel clamping, damage to vehicles, or any other driving penalties accrued during the journey to or from any event. All guests take responsibility for their own property at all times, which includes vehicles and property within them.
8. If any part of an investigation is completed outdoors, it is subject to weather conditions. Full Circle Paranormal reserve the right to move the event to a more suitable location within the event site if this occurs. 
9. In the unlikely event of severe adverse weather conditions disrupting an event, Full Circle Paranormal reserve the right to cancel an event. Every opportunity will be taken to notify guests of this as soon as possible. If a staff member is unable to attend due to weather conditions of this sort, the event will be cancelled. Full Circle Paranormal will endeavour to avoid this wherever possible, and an event will only be cancelled as a last resort to safeguard safety of guests and staff.
10. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are wearing appropriate clothing throughout any events. Venues may involve investigation outdoors or in areas which can have significant drops in temperature. Floors may be uneven and there may be extended periods of standing, so comfortable footwear is strongly advised.
11. Guests are responsible for checking that locations do not pose additional risks to their health, and are fully and wholly responsible for managing their own health conditions throughout any Full Circle Paranormal events. Any information regarding excessive dust, damp, uneven surfaces or other environmental items of note will be added to event descriptions wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed for every location. It is the guests’ responsibility to be aware of this before booking, and to contact Full Circle Paranormal if they have questions prior to booking. Please note, that due to the nature of the locations, many of them will be subject to temperature fluctuations, potential damp and dusty conditions and floors will often be uneven.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation of events. If an event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, Full Circle Paranormal will endeavour to reschedule the event with options on dates if possible. If you are unable to attend any subsequent date, your online booking account will be credited with the money, so that you may use it to rebook on a future event with Full Circle Paranormal.
2. If any guest is unable to attend due to illness or injury, no monies will be refunded.
3. If any guest has to leave an event due to illness or personal circumstances, no monies will be refunded. 
4. If any guest has to leave to accompany another guest who is leaving for any reason, no monies will be refunded. 
5. If an event is cancelled, no accommodation or travel expenses will be refunded by Full Circle Paranormal. Please ensure that any hotel or travel bookings that you make in order to attend events have late cancellation policies in place to avoid accruing any additional costs. 
6. It is advised that you consider booking accommodation to attend events in order to avoid driving when tired. This is at the discretion of the guests and is not the responsibility of Full Circle Paranormal.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time. We will inform you of this as soon as a decision is made, and will move your booking to another event or transfer your monies to your booking account to be used with further bookings. This may be for an event at the same venue or a different event if preferred. We have no liability to the guests which includes reimbursing travel costs or accommodation fees due to event cancellations. 
8. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to attend the event when you make the booking. Full Circle Paranormal cannot offer any refund or transfer to alternative events if you are unable to make the event. Locations are hired and paid for in advance. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Credit will not be offered.
9. Deposit options are available on some events to secure your places. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are expected to pay the remaining balance within 28 days of the event date, or you will forfeit your reservation and that space will be made available for general sale again, through our group pages. You will not be refunded any deposit monies in this circumstance. 
10. You must let the team know if you are unable to make an event.
11. If you have paid at the checkout using BACS, you will be given 1 hour to complete the payment via BACS. If the transaction is not completed within that hour, no money will have been received and therefore tickets will not be considered as sold. No ticket is considered sold until payment has been completed in full. 

Behaviours

1. All guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner to hosts, venue staff and other guests at all times. Any behaviour considered to be detrimental to the enjoyment of others, or disrespectful in any way, will result in the guest/s being removed from the event immediately regardless of transport arrangements, accommodation arrangements or weather conditions. 
2. No refund will be offered to any guest/s removed from an investigation due to behaviour related issues. No refund will be offered to any further member of their party who wishes to leave at the same time due to the behaviour of those within their group.
3. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on any Full Circle Paranormal event. If any person appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or is suspected of bringing drugs or alcohol to an event, they will be asked to leave immediately without any monies being refunded and without need for further evidence of alcohol or drugs being present or consumed. 
4. Smoking – we comply with current regulations around smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes. We will let you know where you can carry out these activities at the start of the evening if you need to.
5. No guests are allowed to bring any naked flames into any investigation hosted by Full Circle Paranormal. This includes candles and matches. This is due to the safety risks that they pose.
6. Full Circle Paranormal welcomes any viewpoints on occurrences during investigations, as long as these are shared in a respectful way during the event. Full Circle Paranormal does not have mediums available on all events. Viewpoints or evidence provided is for the individual to decide their own viewpoint on. You are responsible for deciding your own interpretation of experiences during events.
7. Guests will not cause harm or injury to others, or damage to any property not belonging to themselves during any event. Any criminal damage to property will be reported to venues and further action will be followed up by them as appropriate. 
8. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are further indemnifying the promoters , organisers and any other individuals from and / or against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, actions, penalties, demands, fines, proceedings, legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person/s, or damage to any property arising from the client’s participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises relating to the event that has been booked.
9. Cameras, photography, audio recording and filming are generally permitted on events. Footage is deemed to be for personal use only. Please ensure that you seek permission from any person/s captured on footage before sharing with anyone else. You must seek permission from Full Circle Paranormal before releasing or publishing any visual or audio footage into the public domain including social media platforms. Failure to comply with this could result in legal action being taken against any individual responsible for this. 
10. Each venue may have their own preferences for filming or recording, and any change to these points will be given during the introduction presented verbally in each event. 
11. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and you are confirming your acceptance of these through booking onto an event.
12. The person booking tickets has the responsibility to ensure that all parties have been made aware of these terms and conditions. We will require the name, contact number and email contact for any person purchasing tickets, and will adhere to GDPR legislation at all times.
